A wrong figure
If something here is wrong — a load rating, a bore diameter, a stride length, a belt size, a foam density, a price band, or a description of how a mechanism behaves — say so. It gets checked, it gets corrected, and the page records what changed and when. This is the most valuable thing anyone sends, and it is the thing handled fastest.
A question about equipment
Everything that arrives is read, and anything answerable gets an answer. A question that keeps arriving usually ends up with a page of its own, which reaches a great many more people than a private reply ever does.
If you make or represent a product
Datasheets, manuals, fitment tables and factual corrections from a manufacturer are genuinely useful and do end up on the pages. What is not available: coverage cannot be bought, a loaned unit buys no write-up, and nothing here is sponsored. Sending a product reserves no position in any family, and approaches of that kind go unanswered.
