Every piece measured

That is more published measurement than any other listing in this family, and it matters because a set is only useful if the pieces are different enough from each other to be worth having.

Read the numbers: 14 cm and 6 cm and 5 cm rollers. A 12 cm duo ball and an 8 cm duo ball and an 8 cm single. Those are genuinely five different contact geometries.

The duo balls, and the spine

This is the most interesting thing in the set.

Two balls joined side by side leave a channel between them. Laid under the back, that channel sits over the spine — the balls press the erector muscles either side and nothing presses the vertebrae.

A plain cylinder rolls straight over the spinous processes. One roller in this family solves that with a circumferential groove; this set solves it with a gap.

Two sizes are supplied because the muscles either side of the spine are wide at the lumbar and narrow at the neck.

The eight-centimetre ball

The one piece that reaches a foot arch and the point under a glute.

No roller on this shelf, at any length, can put pressure on those.
