Eight millimetres
The joint thickest mat on this shelf.
The maker names what it is for without hedging: spine, knees, back, elbows — and
rehabilitation sport alongside yoga and HIIT. That is a floor-based
practice, where the body is down on the mat and the joints are the limit.
The cost is standing stability, and it is real. The cork mat at the other end
of this family is half this thickness precisely so the foot does not sink.
The material is not named
The only mat in this family where it is not.
Four are TPE. One is BNR foam. One is cork. This one is described as free of
harmful substances and never says what it is.
That matters more than it might, because every other claim on this shelf —
cushioning, grip, longevity, smell — follows from the material. Without it,
nothing here can be compared to anything.
Both faces non-slip
Stated, though not described.
The top stops the hand sliding on the mat; the bottom stops the mat sliding on
the floor. Naming both is right; three mats in this family go further and name
the pattern on each.
Nine colours
The widest choice here, and worth mentioning for one reason only: a yoga mat
often lives in the room rather than in a cupboard.

made of, and offers a grade instead. Both are reported here as published; the
grade was awarded elsewhere, it is not checked on this site, and it is not a
material.
